Audience Connect - Known issues and workarounds

I am seeing an error when downloading Audience Connect on my mac.

If you are running macOS 10.15 (Catalina) or above you might see a warning when downloading Audience Connect. Please follow the instructions here in order to install Audience Connect (see section "How to open an app that hasn’t been notarized or is from an unidentified developer").

I am seeing an error after logging in ‘Couldn’t sign you in. This browser or app may not be secure.’

If you are seeing this error, your account is impacted by a change that is preventing you from logging into your GSuite account from browsers other than Chrome. Please try logging in using a different, non-corporate account.

I am seeing an Error when trying to present - ‘We’re sorry, a server error occurred’

This error can occur if a slide within the deck includes transitions or object animation effects. Please remove all transitions or animations from your deck. Note: when inserting a video or object via the ‘Insert’ tab in the menu, transitions are sometimes automatically added to your slide, depending on your settings. Slides that include transition effects are marked with an icon in the left sidebar. The effect can be removed via ‘Slide’--> ’Transitions’ in the menu.

I am seeing a warning message within the app - “This version of Chrome is no longer supported”

This message can be dismissed. Tool functionality is not impacted.
