Sometimes the best dialogue is no dialogue

If an ad generates a feeling, an emotional response, then it has done its job. This TrueView spot makes the viewer feel so uncomfortable with the splattering cough of a sick kid. The extreme close up of the grimacing father is brilliant, coupled with a great super. No words spoken, but the story is clear… even with only 6 seconds to work with.
